The principal appraiser is Alexandra P. Tavlarides. She has been awarded the SRA designation by the Appraisal Institute. She is a certified residential appraiser in the state of New York and has been appraising residential properties in Central New York since 1986. Clients include lending institutions, relocation companies, government agencies, attorneys, real estate agents and individuals. Alexandra is an FHA approved appraiser since 2000. Alexandra is also a licensed Realtor Associate in New York State.
Our office is completely computerized and can deliver appraisals by e-mail using Lighthouse or as "read only" pdf files. Included with each appraisal file is a copy of our New York State license and our E & O insurance upon request.
